Are you looking for a West Coast hopped IPA with a malty backbone? This is the India Pale Ale you've been waiting for. Pistol Packin' Pale Ale has been a constant customer favorite since we opened our doors.
We start with a blend of six malts - Maris Otter, Two Row, Vienna, Caramel, White Wheat and Aromatic. This beer is packed with malt taste, but that's not all we're packin'. We add a generous dose of Mosaic, Citra, Cascade and Centennial hops throughout the boil and then dry hop it for the finishing touch.
